Our children loved the space |
| You will really find rest and peace at La Basse Rouerie but still have the possibility to visit nice places in the area like Mont St. Michel, Fougere, Vitre, St. Malo etc. Our children loved the space around the house with a large swimming pool and a trampoline. It's save for them to walk around without supervision. We would definitely come back if we want to visit Brittany again. Rating 5 out of 5 |

| A little late but thought we must write to say what a wonderful time we had at Pear Tree cottage with son Stuart, Zoe, their little Emily, daughter Joanne and Ian. A couple of weeks ago now, but the memory will be with us always, for such a super holiday. As you know we saw quite a lot, but with lots left to explore. It was so peaceful, can't remember a holiday when only one aircraft was heard. It's obviously under nobody's flight path. Many seriously expensive holidays can't give one real peace and silence away from aircraft noise! Rating 5 out of 5 |

The Gites are lovely and the gardens safe |
| Sandy and Barrie are really friendly and welcoming. The Gites are lovely and the grounds are perfect for children with lots of things to do, but in such a safe environment. In the surrounding area there are a number of places to go for days out within a reasonable distance. Sandy and Barrie couldn’t be more helpful with recommendations for eating out, visitor attractions, directions etc. All in all a great family holiday. Rating 4.5 out of 5 |

Plenty of space for kids to play safely |
| The property has plenty of space for kids to play , a pool , you can borrow toys as well . Sandy and Barrie are really friendly and give you lots of help when you're there - places to go and where to shop and generally where everything is . There is a list of destinations in the Gites with distances and a map . Plenty of parking space , two separate BBQs outside .There are 4 lots of seating for eating outside . The Gites are clean and roomy with everything you need in the kitchen + a bottle of wine when you get there . They can arrange a cheap ferry crossing if you require one . The place is really quiet , which is good and it's a good distance from a road - so no danger for the kids if you happen to take your eye off them for a minute . The location is not far from the A84 which is one of the main motorways running down France which means an easy drive from the ferry port . Rating 5 out of 5 |

| Barrie and Sandy are fantastic hosts, nothing is too much trouble. The children had extensive facilities available to them and the gite was so well equipped it was a joy to stay in. The location was very special and provided a wonderful atmosphere for the entire holiday. You’ll not miss your own home and you’ll be sorry to leave! |
